Shipping Information

Standard shipping and handling charges are determined based on the total price of merchandise shipped to each delivery address.  Charges are calculated before taxes. 

 

Standard Ground Service requires 5-7 business days.  Please allow up to 2 additional days for processing of your order.

Return Policy

Ribbons by Design, Inc. offers a 15 day money back guarantee on all products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of your receipt of the item(s) and we will instruct you on how to return the item(s) purchased.  Returned items must be in their original, undamaged condition (including jewelry pouches or boxes) for a refund of the item cost. We will issue a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges) via the method you paid.  All products returned to us are fully inspected prior to issuing a credit to your card. We will not accept returns of custom orders or items that shows signs of wear or alteration.

 

We are not responsible for return packages not received or products damaged during return shipment.  In order to prevent lost packages, we strongly recommend that you choose a delivery service with insurance and/or tracking and delivery confirmation.  Please keep the tracking number in your records in case the item does get lost. You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges incurred. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or defective merchandise.

 

We will notify you once your return has been processed and the credit to your card has been issued.  The time it takes for your refund to show up on your card depends on your issuing bank.
